Wood Elves: Mablung is one of the greatest woodsman ever, and skilled to move in woods. Therefore he benefits Woodelves in Woods rule.
Expert Shot: Mablung is skilled bowman, able to shoot swiftly with deadly accuration.
Therefore he can shoot two times in a shooting phase.
Bodyguard: Mablung was a bodyguard of Thingol and therefore benefits that rule. That rule benefits both, Thingol and Melian, but never any other hero.

Terrifying: Huan is the Wolfhound of Valar, powers rival easily with maiar.
Stregth beyond imagination Huan is terrifying opponet.
There fore he causes terror.
Resistant to Magic: Huan bears magical aura, which can easily reflect all spells back. He benefits Resistant to Magic rule, as described in a hobbits section at RotK rulebook.

Beren Erchamion

Special Rules: Berens Leap: Everybody has heard tales of the legendary Berens leap. Therefore Beren can re-roll failed jump tests.
Love Means Death: The lovetale of Beren and Luthien is propably the most famous in history of Middle-Earth. It tells how a mortal man and immortal elvenprincess fell love with each other. To represent Berens undying love Beren has following rules when Luthien is in the same army.
When Luthien is n the same army, Beren has one free Fate/turn and his Fate rolls are succesful on a roll of 3+. In addittion, Beren is fearless.
Caught In the Afterlife: Beren died in a fight against Carcharoth. By the grace of Valar, he returned from the house of death and became living once more. To represent Beren returned beyond death in scenarios after Berens death he can use 1 free Fate/turn without reduncing his own Fate store. Note that if Luthien is still in the same army Beren gets 2 extra Fates/turn!
But Beren lost his hand in the battle against Carcharoth, and therefore he gets -1 to his Fighting value giving him Fighting of 6.

Special Rules: Terror: Carcharoth extremely huge werewolf, light of Silmaril tearing its flesh from inside and giving him same time unnatural powers.
Evil spirit lives inside him, filling his mind with malice. Therefore Carcharoth causes terror.
Monstrous mount: As Draugluin, Carcharoth counts as monstrous mount when charging eventhough he cannot carry passengers.
