Wood Elffien sääntöepäselvyydet

Tässä koottuja epäselvyyksiä Welffien uudesta kirjasta, The Warhammer Forumin puolelta. Siellä oli vielä kyselty siitä saako characterit nyt liittyä mihin vaan ja minusta tuota on ihan turha kysyä, kun selvästikin on nyt entiset rajoitukset poistettu.

Q: Can the Enchanted Arrows be duplicated among several units and/or characters? Are the arrows simply upgrades for the units, or are they specifically Magic Items and therefore cannot be duplicated?
Commentary: Enchanted Arrows are classified as ‘enchanted items’. If the arrows are indeed magic items, they cannot be duplicated. There is a lot of confusion as to how these are arrows are classified and if they are able to be taken more than once in the army.
Characters
Q: Can a Waystalker combine his sniper rule with the Hawkeye Archer rule to shoot two shots at a single model inside a unit? If so, would this then be a -2 to hit?
Q: How are Naestra and Arahan classified when mounted on Gwindalor, their Great Eagle? Are they considered Flying Monstrous Cavalry? If so, how are they affected by cannons and other template weapons/spells?
Commentary: Monstrous Cavalry use a combined profile with the highest W and T of the rider and mount. How then would such a doubly-mounted monster work? Would each sister get 3W and T4? Can you target each sister individually in combat? Would missile shooting only be randomized between the two sisters to see which would be hit? Would it even be possible to kill the eagle out from under the sisters?
Q: Can the Waystalker’s Fast Shot ability be combined with the Bow of Loren to fire 4 shots in a single turn?
Units
Q: Do the Blackbriar Javelins of the Sisters of Thorn count as a javelin and therefore get the Quick to Fire rule?
Commentary: This is not specified in the description of the weapon, leading to some debate.
Q: Can a unit of wardancers have only some of its models upgrade to the Asrai Spear, or must the whole unit do so?
Commentary: The wardancers’ entry in the rulebook states that “models” may upgrade to the spear, not “units”. This would imply that a unit with mixed weapons (similar to Maneaters) is possible.
Q: If wardancers are allowed to mix weapons within the unit, how are Attacks and Wounds handled on the unit? Must opponents designate which Wardancer they are attacking if there is a choice to attack one equipped with 2 hand weapons and one with an Asrai spear? Are Wounds taken off the back as normal, or are the specific models removed? If models are brought back to life (such as from the Regrowth spell), can you choose which models are brought back?
Q: Glade Riders have the Ambushers special rule. Can they be deployed normally, or must they always be deployed as Ambushers?
Commentary: This is a similar issue to the Entombed Beneath the Sands rule for Tomb Kings which was changed to allow the ability for units with that rule to be deployed normally. [NOTE: any change should be to the Main Rulebook, and not necessarily for Glade Riders only.]
Q: Does the Frenzy Rule for the Wild Riders apply to both the Rider and the Steed of Kurnous?
Commentary: There is no distinction for “Rider only” next to the Frenzy rule (as seen with the Always Strikes First rule and also in other army books where cavalry units have Frenzy [e.g. Savage Orc Boar Boyz]), suggesting that the Steeds themselves are also frenzied and gain +1A.
Magic and Magic Items
Q. Tree Singing is listed as an augment spell with the target being a single forest. Does this mean a chosen enemy unit will suffer the 2D6 Strength 4 hits even if it is in close combat?
Commentary: Target of the spell is not the unit in combat, but the forest itself.
Q: How does the High Magic Lore Attribute interact with attacks that do multiple wounds? Does the token discount the wound before or after it is multiplied?
Commentary: It is unclear exactly when the token is activated/removed.
Q: When is the Acorn of Ages activated during the pre-game set up? Is it after terrain is set up but before the roll for table sides, or is it after sides have been chosen, but before the first unit is deployed?
Commentary: This can impact the decisions on where you place the forest(s) created by the Acorn if you do not know which table side you will be deploying on.
