The official Warmachine and Hordes Finnish Masters 2016 will be played in Helsinki on 9.-10.7.2016.

The Venue:
Kannelmäen Nuorisotalo
Klaneettitie 5, Helsinki

Participation fee and registration:
Participation fee is 30 € which will be paid with a bank transfer to FI54 5800 1320 3316 21 /Tero Särkijärvi before 29.6.2016. Please fill in the payment info/message field the names of the attendees you made the payment for.

There are places for 64 players. Registration is by e-mail to [email protected] .. Payment is required to verify your place in the tournament.

Q: About the venue: does it allow alcohol at the premises?

A: You can't drink any alcoholic beverages at the premises, since it's a youth center.

Q: Where can people outside of Helsinki sleep?

A: There is an option to sleep on the floor at the Nopat ja Taktiikka club, which is a kilometers walk away. You can also try to make arrangements with local players. There is a strong possibility for a sauna afterparty at the organisers house.

Q: Are all the known upcoming but still unreleased errata in effect at the tournament?

Q: What about Gang and Flank?

A: That has been directly stated to work as intended here.


Additional rulings in the tournament:

You can choose to make less than all your initial attacks with all your weapons when choosing to make initial attacks. Rules as written doesn't allow this, but I believe this is not the intention.

You can make a groundpounder attack if you have LOS to any part of the AOE. Thus making them able to shoot up to 3.99" behind a cloud / 6.99" into a forest. At least Assimilators and Siege Brisbane have a groundpounder attack.

Is it possible to only sign up for the sauna?

Please notice the venue has moved to Kannelmäki Youth Center, due to unexpected renovations at the other venue. Everything else is as planned.
