Is this played with Meeting Engagement Rules (army building etc.) or normal AoS with ME scenarios?

Can I get a bit more clarifications here:

Normal rules with ME scenarios means what?
* ME scenarios have special deploy zones/rules - so how are they actually used in this case?
* What size are tables?
* Does normal rules here refer to list building? i.e. Vanguard 1000 pts.

In addition, it would be nice to know if Realms of Battle are used (and how), are terrain already in place, etc.

If you need some generic tournament rule pack one example can be picked at https://iki.fi/rpr/aos/aos-rulepack-2020.2.pdf
(this is mainly based on War of the Northern Realm with some extensions)

By taking a quick look at those scenarios they might be usable (not fully checked) if a rule like:
"Deployment: in own territory at least 9" from enemy territory" (or 12")
is used.

However, I am unsure if caused wounds is good victory point calculation system. And would these be for 4 rounds?
