CH7 contains a C3 FAQ. I've translated the first part of it for you all below, which I hope is vaguely useful:
===
Q: Are distances rounded up or down to the nearest whole number?
A: Neither. A shooter 60.5cm from an opponent with a 60cm range is simply out of range.
Q: Are double-6's located on the head?
A: No.
Q: Does sacred Armour immunise against double-6's?
A: Yes.
Q: Can you put 1-3 figs on the same card, however many were in the blister / box?
A: Yes. The same thing goes if the card specifies another number too.
Q: Is each players activation pile made randomly, or can he choose the order?
A: He can choose the order.
Q: Certain game effects allow you to place additional cards in reserve. However, is the number nonetheless limited in any way?
A: No.
*Clarification of placing cards in reserve depending on who won the tactical roll and some mis-understanding of the example on p.29
Q: To cumulate force for charge penalties, do all figs have to be activated at the same time, or merely during the same turn?
A: At the same time.
Q: If a figure in rout is charged or engaged before he is activated, it flees. It is also specified that if a fighter in rout is free of any figures when he is activated, he flees. Does that mean one fighter can flee twice in the same round?
A: No. If a fighter has fleed before he is activated, it is considered that he has already been activated.
Q: Spells and miracles whose area of effect is "a friendly fighter", can they be cast on the mage or faithful himself?
A: Yes, unless otherwise specified. It sometimes happens that "This spell/miracle can also be cast on the mage/faithful" is also added. This is if it appears ambiguous if it can affect the mage/faithful.
Q: Artillary with zone effect. On p.120 it is written that "When firing with such a machine, three things are possible" but only two are described. What happens if the fighter rolls a natural 1?
[strangechild note: The English version has been modified to mention two things]
A: The effects are mentioned on p.119, in the introduction to the Artillary Fire chapter.
Q: Fierce. Fighters with enough attack dice have to make at least one attack against each enemy in base contact. Does this include fighters with Fierce who have been Killed Outright, but are still on the board?
A: Yes, fighters with Fierce continue to represent a threat to their adversaries, who must continue to attack them if possible.
Q: Fencer. Certain abilities, like Bravery and Fanatisicm, confer a bonus if all dice are placed in attack. Can these bonuses still be acquired if a fighter has kept a die in reserve thanks to Fencer?
A: Yes. However, the bonus only applies after the fighter has placed his reserved die in attack. For example, if he uses his die to make a second attack, the bonus applies to the second attack, but not to the first.
Q: A fighter with three dice and Fencer places one in attack, one in defense and keeps one in reserve. After his opponents first attack roll, he announces a sustained defense. This automatically assigns his reserve die to attack. However, it is forbidden to use sustained defense if you place more die in attack than defense. How is this situation managed?
A: The rules for using sustained defense say that a fighter must not put more dice in attack than defense at the moment he places his dice. In the example, the fighter places his 2nd die in attack later, and thus has the right to a sustained defense.
Q: Scout. Suppose an undetected scout blocks the only path possible for his opponent to move. Can the latter pass and ignore the scout, or does the scout constitute an obstacle?
A: He constitues an obstacle. His adversary can neither pass not engage him; he is surprised by the ambush.
Q: Sequence/X. A fighter has Sequence/3, but ATT6, DEF5. Can he reduce his ATT to 0, and his DEF to -1?
A: No. Characteristics cannot be reduced to negative values, though they can be reduced to 0. In the example, the fighter can only benefit from Sequence a third time if he somehow supplements his DEF.
Q: Harassment. What exactly can a fighter with Harassment do?
A: 1.Walk up to his full move, fire, then start a new walk up to his full move
2.Fire then run.
Q: Toxic/X. How do you (Can you...) combine a Toxic die with a Master Strike?
A: Yes, you can. Toxic is announced before any attack. If it is announced before a master strike, the master strike benefits from the effects of Toxic/X.

Cadwallon
Q: Firebrand Ogre: On his card, it says that the goblins can fire even if the Ogre moves more than his MOV. In the C3 rules an engagement and a charge are exclusive actions and forbid a firing action. The ogre cannot thus fire and launch an assault in his activation...
A: No, it cannot. His capacity permits him to run and fire in his activation.
Dwarves of Tir-Na-Bor.
Q: In C3 the Mountain Warrior loses his Wound Reduction capacity. Does he benefit from Hard-boiled in its place?
A: No.
Drunes.
Q: As a Formor, can the Hound of Scathach benefit from Demonic Auras?
A: No. Only specified fighters can benefit from Auras.
Daikinee Elves.
Q: Alabaster Arrows, from the Clan Wolfen box - are they reserved to Daikinee Characters, or can they be used by any Daikinee with a bow?
A: They are an artefact. Consequently, they are reserved to Daikinee Characters with a bow.
Goblins of No-Dan-Kar.
Q: The Black Troll Arm-Ripper. When a Black Troll wounds his opponent in the arms, is the loss of combat die immediate?
A: Yes.
Q: Which player chooses which combat die is lost?
A: The player who controls the victim.
Q: Is the loss of a combat die definitive?
A: Yes, the victim has one less combat die for all combats he takes part in.
Limbo of Acheron.
Q: Are Crane Warriors considered as zombies?
A: Yes.
Dwarfs of Mid-Nor.
Q: Colony of Ephorath. Is it posible to include a standard bearer and a musician in a Colony of Ephorath army?
A: No, these profiles are not part of the Colony. It is nonetheless possible to form a War-Staff with Yh-Karas if the army is not specifically asociated to the Colony, though.
Q: It is stated that for the Colony to be complete, one must include a character per 200ap. That means an army of 399ap can only include one Character.
A: No, the rule is a *minimum* of one Character per 200ap, but it is not a maximum. A colony of Ephorath army can include more than one character, so long as the total does not exceed 50% of the total ap.
Orcs of Bran-O-Kor
Q: Clan of Trackers. If a Tracker is equipped with Incendiary Jars who does not have an AIM, does it also gain the abilities <<Assault Fire>> and <<Rapid Reload>>?
A: All Warrior Characters have these two abilities. Those without ranged weapons simply cannot use them. If a warrior Character gains a ranged weapon, he can use Assault Fire and Rapid Reload.
Attention: Only warrior Characters have these capacities. A non-character Tracker, faithful, or mage, cannot use them, even if he is equipped with Incendiary Jars.
Tribe of the Behemoth
Q: Endurance. The ability <<Endurance>> is not mentioned in the Abilities appendix. Has it been forgotton? Do the orcs of the Tribe still all have it?
A: The ability is unique to the Tribe of the Behemoth. It functions as described in Cry Havoc.
Wolfen
Q: Wolfen Packs. The generic faction rules have been re-examined and homogenised. The new text is supposed to replace that of the introduction card to give the new rules. It now nowhere indicates that, uniquely for the Wolfen, the Chief of the Pack acquires Leadership/15, as was the case before the 3rd Edition. Does that mean that Chiefs of the Pack without Leadership/X on the reference card no longer have Leadership at all (thus not allowing them to use Mark of Savagery?)
A: The generic faction rules in C3 are to clarify the use of the particular themes. They do not invalidate any specific capacities of the faction people. The Pack Chief rule described on the back of The Wolfen Chiefs card is thus still valid.
[strangechild note: I don't know the old or the new Wolfen Pack rules, so I hope the translation makes sense to those who do.]
Horde of Dun-Scaith:
Q: Allegiance of the Horde. In a band of Dun-Scaith, can Nemetis use miracles of the Path of Darkness (because the Horde is affiliated to that path) or the Path of Destiny (because Devourers are affiliated to that path)? Can the faithful summon Ira Tenebrae or Sylvan Animae?
A: The rules stipulate that no Immortal of Destiny can be included in the Army Composition. That means that none of them can join the Horde before the battle. They can, however, be summoned in the normal way. In short, Nemetis cannot take miracles from the Path of Darkness, but he can take those from the Path of Destiny, including the summoning of Immortals.
Artefacts:
Q: Does each potion count as one artefact, even if it is the same type of potion? For example, a Regular Character can normally take a single artefact. Can he take 5 potions of Str?
A: Each potion counts as a single artefact, even if it is of the same type as another already taken.
Q: Meliador the Celestial's Celestial Robes: The effect <<Flash>> forbids an attacker from attacking the mage. Precisely what counts as an attacker?
A: The attacker affected by Flash cannot take the mage to be their direct target for any actions: assault, attack, aim, spell, miracle, or special capacity.
Q: Does Sacred Armour immunise against exceptional wounds caused by Sacred Weapons?
A: Yes.
Q: The Asterion: Loads of example text here I shan't translate, but essentially, How does it work?
A: If Zeiren announces a counter attack, and the attackers final roll is X, if Zeiren successfuly defends (X+2), his Str for the counter-attack is increased by X.
Q: Runes of Care: It is specified that a Rune of Care can be given to a mage or faithful, even if he is not a Character. That suggests only Mages and Faithful can take them (whether they are Characters or not), or can Characters take them as well?
A: All Characters have access to Runes of Care. In addition, all faithful and mages can take one (Warrior mages and Warior monks included, again, even if they are not characters.)

Celestial Scourge and Putresence also have minor clarifications, as well as banning Incarnation and a link to a list of banned cards (
http://confrontation.fr/cartec3.htm )
One thing I don't get is: "Does the effect of Sacred Armour apply to "armures bénies"
The answer is no, but what is Consecrated or Blessed armour?
