Delivery Times
We try and get your goods to you as fast as possible.
Orders placed
before midday will be processed that day. Orders placed after midday
will be processed the next working day.
Standard Delivery
Delivery times vary, depending on where in the world you live. UK
customers please allow 8 working days for delivery.
Customers outside
the UK please allow 28 days for delivery. Working days do not include
weekends or Bank Holidays.
Special Delivery (UK Customers only)
Special Delivery is available for orders placed before midday Monday
to Thursday, not including Bank Holidays.
Special Delivery means you will receive your goods the next working
day. Special Delivery is not available for items on Advance Order,
nor for subscriptions.
Advance Orders
Advance Orders are sent out to arrive with you on the release date.
Typically this means they leave the Games Workshop warehouse 3-4 days
before the release date quoted in the store.
If your order includes items awaiting release and items that are
already available the entire order will be held until the last item
becomes available. So if you want some goods now and an advance order
item to follow later you will need to place two separate orders.
For customers outside the UK it is impossible to guarantee delivery on
the release date, although we will despatch the goods as early as
possible. If you do not receive your goods within these times please
contact us.
